Title: Veggie Dill Dip

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

16ozCheese, cottage, low-fat
3tbMilk, skim
3/4cMayonnaise, fat-free
1tbOnion, dried minced
1tbParsley flakes, dried
1tsDill weed
1tsSalt, seasoned
1/4tsGarlic powder

In a blender, blend cottage cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight. Serve with raw vegetables.

Diabetic Exchanges: One 2 tablespoon serving equals a free food; aslo, 24 calories, 233 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol, 2 gm carbohydrate, 3 gm portein, trace fat.
